Digital Products

All products sold on our website are digital downloads (eBooks and printable coloring books). No physical items are shipped.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us:

• You did not receive your download link.
• The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible.
• You accidentally received the wrong product.

In these cases, we will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or access to the correct product.
